Mentoring

Yinuo Spiritual Mentoring is a personalized service designed to support individuals on their spiritual journey. The program involves working with a trained and experienced mentor who provides guidance, support, and advice on various spiritual topics including meditation, mindfulness, self-discovery, and incorporating spiritual practices into daily life. The aim of this program is to help you deepen your spiritual connection, find inner peace and happiness, and lead a more fulfilling life. As a mentee, you will receive customized guidance from Yinuo to help you achieve your personal and professional aspirations by establishing clear goals, enhancing your skills and knowledge, overcoming obstacles, and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself. We will provide feedback and constructive criticism, conduct regular check-ins and meetings, and monitor your progress to help you grow and develop. Our ultimate goal as a mentor is to empower you to reach your full potential through mentorship. If you're looking to enhance your spiritual practice and gain a greater understanding of yourself, consider enrolling in our spiritual mentoring program today.


A typical mentoring program lasts for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, with weekly meetings. Additional meetings and individualized options may also be available.

  • online 12 weeks**, weekly 60 min session from S$2,500
  • online 60 min individual / additional sessions S$ 250
  • in person 12 weeks**, weekly 60 min sessions from S$ 3,800

Meditation

Meditation is a practice that involves focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. Meditation is a technique to focus the mind to achieve a calm state. It's a way to improve awareness, concentration, and well-being. It helps reduce stress, promote inner peace and improve overall well-being.

There are many different types of meditation, including mindfulness, transcendental, yoga, loving-kindness, and zazen meditation. Meditation is usually practiced in a seated or lying down position, with the eyes closed or with a soft gaze. A meditation teacher can help you learn how to meditate properly, by providing guidance on posture, breathing, and concentration techniques. They can also offer support and encouragement to help you establish a regular meditation practice. Additionally, a meditation teacher can help you understand the philosophy behind meditation and how it can be integrated into your daily life.
